Ivan will be turning 70 on March 14th. He has been a member of the Society Chersina for 25 years. He has treated us with his many delicious dishes for so many years. We thought we would honor him by preparing some homemade gnocchi. This was one of his signature dishes. We'll also have a small and intimate family celebration at Mortons Steakhouse.
